Cumberland County Registry Date Checks
A daily refresh does not mean every reported fact changed that day. “Last Registration/Report Date” records a registry event, not the conviction date or move-in date. “Last Date Information Updated” can reflect an agency change without showing a new offense. The primary address, secondary address, employer address, school connection, and vehicle rows also describe different statutory fields.
TBI says the accuracy of a viewed or printed record is assured only for the day it is viewed. Save or print the access date when the Cumberland County registry result is being used for a current safety plan. The official text of Tenn. Code Ann. § 40-39-206 supports many of these fields and protects violent juvenile offender information except where another law permits disclosure.

Tennessee Registration Levels and Requirements
Tennessee uses the terms “sexual offender” and “violent sexual offender.” It does not present the public system as generic Tier I, Tier II, and Tier III. Certain juvenile adjudications follow special confidential and termination provisions under Tenn. Code Ann. § 40-39-207(j). Adult shorthand should not be imposed on those records.
Cumberland County Registry Termination Paths
Ten years on the registry does not cause automatic removal. A person classified as a sexual offender may request termination after ten years from sentence expiration only when the statutory conditions are met, including substantial compliance. Violent sexual offenders ordinarily remain registered for life. Tennessee also states lifetime treatment for cases involving a victim under thirteen or two or more qualifying convictions.
Tenn. Code Ann. § 40-39-207 governs termination requests and special juvenile rules. Tenn. Code Ann. § 40-39-209 addresses removal after a qualifying expungement or order.
